Originally, this site had a small creek running along the property line. The creek bed was eroding, thus reducing the usable area in the backyard. The site underwent extensive regrading to reclaim a flatter, larger outdoor living space. A 24" pipe was installed and buried to channel the water underground. European Stone Masonry LLC built a water distribution outlet that's incorporated into the retaining wall pictured below. Landscape Architect: Dick Bell
